  1. this is my non medical personal advice. focus on the source of that daily anxiety. can you change it?get away from it? talk about it with someone? sometimes you have to let it go and focus on something positive that is happening or could happen. there are so many anxiety causing issues we all deal with daily, don’t let this one control you.
