  2. Cinnamon oil is probably the worst oil to use on your skin. Don’t do it. She was more careful with the lavender which is safe to use undiluted on the skin. What kind of expert is she?

Better to offer to add the same amount of essential oils to some sunflower, olive, or other culinary oil and use as a body or massage oil.
