  1. It might help if you could provide a little more detail such the name of the medicine. Have you discussed this with you doctor who might be able to provide you with an alternative class of drug that does not have these side effects. Some herbs interact with some drugs so that is something you need to be aware of. You would really need to discuss with your doctor or pharmacist if you can take a specific herb alongside a specific drug…

If any medicine is causing you to have blurred vision then you really need to address that first and foremost…..that could be a hazard to you and you need to be sure this is not going to be long term and the medicine in question is not going to cause any irreversible damage.

    Best wishes.

    Medicinal & Healthy uses

Ganoderma lucidum may possess some anti-tumor, immunomodulatory and immunotherapeutic activities, supported by some studies on polysaccharides, terpenes, and other bioactive compounds isolated from fruiting bodies and mycelia of this fungus (reviewed by R. R. Paterson[5]).

It is understood as adaptogenic, anti-allergenic and anti-hypertensive due to the presence of triterpenes. Apart from these properties, lingzhi has been found to be anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, antidiabetic, anti-hypotensive, and protective of the liver. It has also been found to inhibit platelet aggregation, and to lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.

Some of the side-effects of chemotherapy are hair loss, appetite loss, fatigue and lethargy. Ganoderma has been shown to lessen these side-effects. Reishi is thought to be one of the well-respected mushrooms used today in modern medicine.
