How do i tell my dad that i want to be wiccan?

He’s christian and very religious, he will definitely have a problem with the wiccan part, but I’m actually more scared to tell him i want to do witchcraft to, i don’t want to start my year and a day until i get both of my parent’s consent, i already have my moms, does anyone have anyway i could easily break it to him?

  1. First, tell him you want a sex change operation. Then, when you tell him you are kidding, being a wiccan won’t seem so bad by contrast

  2. You don’t have to tell them anything. But note that witchcraft is pure fiction and one shouldn’t waste their time on such antics.

  3. Tell him your love him and that you’re still the same person you were before. Tell him you don’t want your relationship with him to change, but you have to follow what you think is the right path. Something along those lines. Make sure he knows your serious about it. If you are going to make any changes to your appearance or style, do it gradually so he has time to adjust.

  4. When your dads watching TV put on your pointed hat, jump on your broom stick and run around the living room and tell him this is what I want to be.

    Easiest way, trust me

  5. You have to be between the ages of 12-16 because no one older or younger than that wants to be a Wiccan.

  6. Have the devil talk to your dad through a talking snake like the devil did to Eve. That should convince him.

  7. Why would you want to be a Wiccan when you can connect to the power of the Holy Spirit which created the universe? By believing in what Jesus did on the cross to take away our sins you will have the backing of all of heaven including the angels as you do what God calls you to do. The devils, demons and/or evil spirits tied to witchcraft will only lead you to destruction and not to life and that more abundantly that God offers.

  8. You have a couple of options here. The first is just to tell him. Be prepared that he may forbid it. If you are not of age or not independent of him you will have no choice but to comply.
Or you can practice in secret until your grown. This is not rare. There are alot of witches in the broom closet. I personally would not live that way. Be prepared with the facts and be able to answer his many questions. All of this advise is only good if your serious. If this is a larp thing for you, then wicca is not for you.
    Blessed Be

  9. Do you really believe that there is any way to break it to him that he would take well?

It doesn’t sound like he’d be open to this, no matter what.

Why not just wait until you are old enough to make these decisions for yourself.
