Anyone have a recipe for salad herbs ?

Years ago I had a recipe to make a ratio of dried salad herbs and I kept them in a shaker jar. I have lots of dried herbs in my pantry and I even have a few exotic ones as well. Does anyone have a recipe for a tasty, salt free herb salad topping that my whole family will love ? I live right across the street from Sprouts grocery store and I still can’t find what Im looking for. Help !

  1. My aunt used to make a mixture of herbs that she used on salad. I don’t remember it myself but my brother had her make batches of it for him all the time as he really enjoyed it. Here it is.
Dried Parsley; Dried Celery Flakes &/or Celery Seeds; Minced Dried Onions; Paprika; Dried Basil Flakes; Italian Seasoning; Dried Chopped Chives; Seasoned Salt (optional).
Only problem is that she did not write down amounts.
    Hope this works for you.

  2. 1/4 cup parsley flakes
2 tablespoons each dried oregano, basil and marjoram, crumbled
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon fennel seeds, crushed
    1 tablespoons dry mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Place all the ingredients in a 1 pint jar, cover tightly and shake well to mix. Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Makes 1 cup
