  1. @int1901 yes they “bought” them 😛 , its laughable how after WWII american art museums rapidly increased their exhibits.

  2. @Vykuk123 ok,.. i did not know they stole those paintings from vanngog,.. and so on,.. i thought they bought them

  3. @int1901 Why ? because those american b******s stole it from the europe , mostly around WWII . Without european brilliance these american museums will be EMPTY !!!! Or full of american shits.

  4. very good video of an impressive museum. I remember that I felt to be one with all of the fanastic works. It was like forgeting myself while walking through the halls. One of the greatest museums in the world.

  5. I was just there two days ago, and let me tell you, you need more than just one day to see and appreciate the full extent of their art collections. My personal favourites were the weapons and arms, along with the Egyptian collection. Simply incredible!

  6. I just be there for weekend 4th july every lover of arts and architects designer must to visit NYC The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

  7. The Met has often collected Egyptian pieces solely for the artistic value with no desire to have the piece accurately documented at the time of its discovery and removal thereby destroying any historical information about the piece. They have also been linked several times to less than legal dealings in antiquities
