  1. Sorry I don’t know anything off the top of my head, I’ll edit if I think of something. But, you’ve been trying for 2 years with no success? I don’t know your age, but I’m surprised that no doctor has prescribed you any drugs to help boost your fertility, such as clomid. Have you had any tests done on yourself or your husband? I think it’d be a good idea, since you are interested in natural medicine, to look around in your area, for a Homeopathic or Naturopathic doctor. They’re great doctors, I visit one myself. Those doctors specialize in natural remedies in cleansing, repairing, preventing, and curing the body. And they’re great help infertility, for couples trying to conceive with no luck. They use all natural herbs, and vitamins. That’d be a start for you, and he/she will be able to ”scan” your body with their special machine, and let you know what is going on! And help you, so you can hopefully get help and get pregnant. Since you’ve been trying so long on your own, I think it’s finally time to get help and look further into what’s causing it.

I hope this helps you! Best of luck 🙂

  2. My husband advises his patients to do a raw food diet for two weeks to a month. (Raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fresh juices.) It balances the hormones naturally.

  3. in general, I have heard very good things about cranberry juice; research it and you will find it has some cleansing ability.

  4. Hormone imbalance can affect your chances of becoming pregnant especially if you lead a very busy lifestyle–this means your adrenalin increases which is counterproductive. You need to have more oxytocin and seratonin in your system to relax and then conception will be more likely. The best way to get these hormones in check is through -massage-relaxation-meditation etc. This helps to release thee hormones. Reduce stress in your lifestyle eg rushing around worrying etc. Also minimize the amount of chemicals use for cleaning the house and cosmetics etc.I know it sounds silly but these chemicals do build up in your system. If you look at third world countries where hygeine is very poor you will see they have no trouble with their population issues. And finally of course check out the optimal time of your cycle. All of the above will apply to your husband as well as his hormone levels and chemical interactions will have a big impact. The people who find it hardest to conceive are hairdressers, so have a good think about that lol. Too many chemicals! Good luck If you would like to know a range of products without harmful chemicals let me knw.

  5. Hello Baaba,

I am not quite sure if cleansing is the solution of your problem, although getting yourself cleansed is not a bad idea in itself.

As far as your immediate worry, natural remedies have been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years to support the solid health of the female reproductive system, supporting healthy and efficient ovulation and conditions for conception. In more recent times, research has confirmed this traditional wisdom.

For this reason, naturopaths treat the individual holistically and focus on a variety of factors to include diet, lifestyle, personality type, surroundings, and emotional elements – thereby supporting the health of the individual as a whole (rather than treating problems in isolation).

Herbs like Chasteberry, Black Cohosh and Ginseng have been found to be of immense help in promoting balance, not only with regards to hormones, but also with regards to libido. Used regularly, they can support the healthy regulation of the menstrual cycle, hormone balance, and the health of the uterus, thus maintaining conditions conducive to fetal implantation after conception.
