ASCENDING WITH BOTH FEET ON THE GROUND: SOULSHAPING


At the heart of Soulshaping is the concept of ‘Ascending with Both Feet on the Ground’. Jeff uses a tree as metaphor for this concept, the idea that we make sure that we build a strong base before we ascend, in order to ensure that our ascension is real and sustainable, rather than a spiritual bypass that comes crashing back to earth (imagine a tree with no roots..). He makes the meaningful distinction between an enlightenment trip- the quest for the light alone- and what he calls ‘enrealment’- a state of being that is inclusive and that incorporates darkness and light, earth and sky, laundry list and unity consciousness.   1. Interesting feet. Buddha said “all pain comes form attachment” Wings are God’s Gift to the Angels. Give up your attachment to other people’s opinions, you need to let your head go with the canopy! And just fly for a while….
