  2. @seppomuppit Duno about that, guessing guys love to watch women practicing yoga. 🙂 I just watch these vids sometimes cuz I do too pratice western style hot yoga and yoga flow. 🙂 As a watcher Id enjoy more if she looked like she’s enjoying and going to poses more in a flow kinda style,now it looks a bit like some of her body parts are not synchronized with the body and energy cant flow fully. Hehe, main thing tho is that she enjoys what she does 🙂

  5. @MahaMantraRam This “person” is Shiva Rea, do some research on her background. I assure you she knows of the philosophies. Yoga means something different to every practitioner.. And if you truly follow the philosophies you will respect each person and their differences in opinion and practice.

  8. @MahaMantraRam Hello, I would like to know what you mean. I don’t know anything, and am curious as to why this is so bad. You’re talking about the video right? Also, I’m wondering even though many consider it poor, is practice without knowledge of philosophy such a bad thing? Doesn’t it lead to knowledge itself, and what of those with knowledge and don’t practice? Please really I just want to know what you mean. Because the truth is, I don’t think many understand Yoga, enlighten us.

Insults are observed and taken by people such as your self and I doubt you possess the presence to declare insults on behalf of philosophies, in fact I doubt anybody does … sorry it is my “sin” not to contain my words all the time, have a smiling day and laugh at my stupidity 🙂

  19. @taruntius1 Yoga was created to aid in meditation. If you’re looking to lose belly fat, there are probably more effective things besides yoga to help you achieve your specific goals. Remember: Yoga isn’t an exercise program!!!

  20. @jx14aby Your comment was almost too generalizing for me to ignore. Yoga is meant for everyone, not only girls. In fact, in the middle east, yoga is more prevalent in men than in women. Westerners have adopted yoga as being something only girls do. Think again before you make comments like this.

  21. @bproducer I’d rather go slower and flow *with my breathing* than “pause and rewind” every 10 seconds. Luckily there are other videos on youtube that aren’t speed yoga “for beginners”.

  23. I Dashama, I know I keep coming back and thanking you, but I don’t have any lower back issues. And that means so much to me. I go to a chiropractor, but I cannot give them all the credit, because I know this helps me too, I can feel it. I feel so loose and it really helps my martial arts.
    chiropractor did alot of fixing, but this well help me maintain what he has done. And now I want to be a chiropractor and teach people about these exsercises as well as help their spine and joints =D

  27. Hi Dashama, I’m thinking of picking up sun salutations on a daily basis. However, one of my primary concerns/focus currently is that of losing my belly/tummy fat. Does this exercise help towards that?
