  7. As a babysitter I LOVE doing yoga with the four year old I watch! She has so much fun doing it with me, it’s a great way to teach her something useful and feel like we’re playing at the same time.

Thank you for this=) I have to try this with my 4 year old daughter. she has a lot of engrey and doesnt like to go to bed so i am looking for a few Yoga poses to do with her at night right befor bed and also anytime we need her to sit still for a long time=) we thing she has ADD but havnt gotton her tested yet for it. but she does have SPD and Verbial Aperxia and Devemental Dyspraxia

  10. the kid is cute don’t get me wrong but she seems like she is the main person of the video. it is kind of weird! but she was probably really nervous. but she was really disturbing at the end! but i will try this! (she made me jump when she screamed at the end!)
