Yes. Absolutely. I read `Meditations’ and Epictetus’ `Enchiridion’ every few months to clear my head. Stoicism is an eminently `grounding’ philosophical outlook and I always feel `cleaner’ in my head after reading Aurelius or Epictetus. Both wonderful works and I highly recommend them. I found the Hays translation of `Meditations’ to read the easiest but the George Long or Burton Russel translations to be more beautiful. The George Long translation of `Enchiridion’ I think is the best.
    Enjoy……..

Absolutely. I actually use many of his ideas as a precursor to thinking about anything… very few thinkers I can say that about.

Absolutely! Marcus Aurelius was a true Genius. A Renaissance Man for his day, an Athlete, a Philosopher and a Politician. You can learn a lot by studying the philosophy of such a human.
