  1. Actually snacking is good for you, so long as you keep the snacks healthy, nuts or fruit or something like that, not chips and cookies. It’s when you skip meals, say lunch, and don’t snack, and then out of hunger get a HUGE dinner and overeat, that’s bad for you. Snacking a little throughout the day and then eating small meals is best.

  5. Very good ideas-i eat way too much processed foods.I have been married for 19 yrs and i dont know how to really”cook”I am a shortcut kinda girl.I need to learn.

  6. My parents got theirs in 1973 when they got married! My mom said the style was called “Nautical” or something – supposed to look like a captain’s chair in a boat!

  8. They really need to separate the Like and Dislike buttons, people are always accidentally hitting Dislike by mistake.
