This is most apparent if you live anywhere that the seasons prevail.  You see spring, summer, autumn and winter.  Each season has its advantages and sometimes its troubles.  The Native Americans counted their summers to determine their age.  Children are generally immune to a change of times.

Most of us recognize that a Recession or a Depression spells widespread trouble.  So does drought and famine, flood and any other natural disaster.  All of these are well beyond the influence of the individual when it comes to changing or fixing..  That is another way of saying; no single person can change the course of these kinds of problems.

Occasionally, we can move away from these troubles and sometimes we can’t (where can you go when the problem is worldwide? What angle is available?).   Sometimes the problem is so personal that the solution can’t be found through ordinary means.  “Who you gonna call?  1 800 My ANGEL?”  What are you going to do when a real live angel shows up?

It is no longer a question of whether there are angels or not.  It really is that question…what am I going to do? Angels belong to the unique group called “supernatural” or we perceive them as “ghostly, weird, bizarre, or paranormal.”  Normal people don’t mess with strange, ghostly people.

Why do angels come to children most of the time?  Why don’t they come to us, why don’t they come more often?  It’s only natural because we would not enjoy their company.  Most of us are not ready.  Got culture shock?  You bet we do, that’s why the first thing they say is, “Don’t be afraid. I’m your fellow servant.”  Even Mary, the mother of Jesus, had to be assured that she was not unworthy.  Her angel said, “Hail Mary, do not be afraid, for you have found favor in the sight of God.”

You are worthy of an angel’s visit!

Angels come to children because no one else is in the condition to receive them.  Kids don’t have the same difficulty we adults do when it comes to “suspending our disbelief.”  You see angels will come to anyone who can believe. It wouldn’t hurt if we also didn’t feel so damn guilty, either.  That’s what’s so sad about it.  We could enjoy them, if we were not so guilty. We are perfectly qualified to receive them, if we weren’t so afraid of them.

Joseph Smith was very young when he saw an angel.  He was still an innocent country boy!  What does this have to do with us?  We don’t like angels fooling around with us! But just a moment, what do angels do?  Keeping it simple, an angel’s job is to bring a message.  He brings the word when he delivers his message.  He talks with you.  Some people call it chatting.  He doesn’t come to command or address you but to chat with you, to converse with you, to have an “intimate” talk with you.

Can we learn from someone else’s experience with an angel?  Not long ago an owner of a carpet cleaning company had a series of visits from an angel, he came to know as Mark Angeli.  This angel brought timely messages about how to market and manage his carpet cleaning business.  This is because he did, what the angel said. With an angel’s help, he saved his dying business.  In addition, he is currently able to withstand any effects the recession is throwing at him.  For a sample of this carpet cleaner’s angelic experience, send a blank email to with “carpet cleaner’s angel” in the subject line.

In these few moments, we learned that disasters including our recession are often bigger than most individuals have power to change.  Although there is no 800 number to call help, even if we knew WHAT we needed, is available.  Of the many forms, angels are empowered to assist. Usually, however, our fear or guilt gets in the way of this supernatural help.  When we can do as children do so well by suspending our disbelief then angels can attend us.  Mark Angeli helped an owner of a carpet cleaning company reclaim direction and control through using marketing techniques and methods of management.  Perhaps we can learn from his experiences, too.

  • Is there any movie that the song “Oronoco Flow (sail away)” by Enya plays at anytime in the movie?

I am a dance teacher and I am picking out songs for our recital performance. Our recital theme has to do with movies. I really want to use the song “Oronoco Flow (sail away)” by Enya but don’t know if it is in any movie. Does anyone know of a movie it plays in? It can be at any point – the background, credits, etc.

    Thank you!

  • Soul Mate, are you Out There?

The key in anyone’s life is to find that “happily ever after.” Sure it seems easy in the books, finding your soul mate in some unusual way, facing some conflict or some evil villain, along with the ride of wooing romance, then kiss, bam, boom, happily ever after. Easy enough write, well alert the editor because there is only about a one in a zillionth chance of that happening to us average folk. Still, in actual reality, it is said that there is a soul mate or life mate out there for everyone. A special someone made to fit perfectly with you. The only hard part is finding him/her. Today that is our “Quest for the Holy Grail” only “Quest for My Special Someone” or “Quest for a Happily Ever After” whatever you want to call it. But I ask this, we all want our soul mate, hell I’m 16 and all I can do is be a hopeless romantic dreaming and constantly thinking about that Mr. Right. But how do you know he/she is really the one? Sure, the simple answer is love, right? Well, define love. I’ve heard many definitions some good, some same old, same old. Really though, you have to find out for yourself and write your own definition for love that is what I think at least. But really how do you know? That would be the answer to all questions.

People are getting married off the yin-yang out there and divorces are happening just as fast. It is shocking to see how some people can mow through husbands/wives. It is sad to see why people are getting married such as for money. It is even worse to see long-term marriage go a-bust because the other partner “fell out of love” or what not. It is laughable to see the piling reasons for divorce or even for marriage. Think though in a lot of those cases in the beginning of them I bet they said they were in love and their were meant for each other, they were soul mates. Then mouths or years later a divorce happens. Explain to me how soul mates would divorce each other. How can you fall out of love?

I’ve read many books of this certain subject. No not one of those Dr. Phil books, even though my mother did buy one for me. I seen “love” and marriage with my own eyes. I’ve learned of trail and error. My advice to you know them before you pick them. I know we all want love, thirst and crave for it like the very air we need to live. But you have at least 20 good years on you before you thrown in that unwritten “young is the only way to go and your to old to go with” clause. That is plenty enough time to mow through some singles. If that isn’t enough for you there is always that handy dandy but risky online dating thing, “A date just a click away!” Just remember to truly know their soul and know that it matches with yours before you go head first into the I do’s.

  • Has anyone read Anais Nin’s diary? What do you think about it? How much is fiction there?

  • Believe your Soul Mate is Out There

Believing that your soul mate is out there is critical to the preparation of manifesting him or her into your life. The basic law of attraction states that you will attract to you those things that match your state of belief.

I believe that the Universe is always mirroring back to us our beliefs about ourselves and the world. If we believe the world is a loving and friendly place, then most of the time that will be our experience. If we believe the world is a chaotic, stressful and fearful place, then that becomes our reality. So, believing and knowing that your soul mate is out there is part of the formula for manifestation. If you do not yet believe with 100% certainty that your soul mate is out there, let’s begin to look for things that will make a believer out of you.

Do you believe you are loveable? If you are reading this then I am certain you are loveable. Why? Because, loveable people want more love in their lives. But, if you believe you are not loveable, I’m going to ask you to challenge that belief. Take a moment to identify at least three (or more) lovable traits that you possess, such as being generous, compassionate, friendly, kind, considerate, thoughtful, interesting, funny, etc. Write these down and then memorize them. You will be using them shortly for your treasure map.

I know many very attractive, successful single people who have some very negative, limiting beliefs when it comes to finding their soul mate.

The list usually goes something like this:

    I’m too old.

    I’m too fat.

    I’m too damaged.

    I have too much baggage.

    I am too successful.

    I am not successful enough.

All the good ones are taken.

    Nobody I want wants me.

These are just knee-jerk excuses to keep you stuck. There is plenty of evidence that love is available to everyone regardless of age, weight or income or any other feeble excuse. What if I told you that it’s not your job to know HOW your soul mate is going to appear? It’s only your job to be ready, willing and open to love.

You don’t really know where air or water comes from but you totally believe that they are there for you. As a human being you know that air and water are your divine right. You know that no matter what mistakes you have made in the past, you are still going to wake up every day and have access to air and water. The same is true for love. It’s there for you. It’s always been there for you. You just need to remember the love that you are and once you do, the Universe will deliver to you the perfect soul mate. There is nothing for you to do, there is only a way for you to BE.
