To Find Peace In Uncertain Times

    I find this guided meditation very soothing and comfortable, all around.
    It is a great introduction for those new to meditating. In following her

    After practicing unguided meditation for many years now, I sometimes
    enjoy a good, guided experience to help quiet and center me. This one
